Villain Spotlight: Barochius the Pale (D&D 5e)

The talented vampire alchemist Barochius (CR 15) has discovered a way to overcome his aversion to sunlight and walks in plain sight during the day, gradually accruing more and more alliances with others of his kind by brokering his creation: the potion of daywalking. Ultimately the ambitious undead elf plans to leverage his control over the concoction to control his allies, taking their resources to pursue his real goal of achieving true immortality.
