Micazarath became exhausted with fighting "noble heroes" assailing his fortress and the lich tyrant spawned a clever way to bring their meddling to an end—specifically inside of a diamond atop the Hero's Scepter. This powerful artifact finds its way into the hands of those that would pose a threat to its creator, slowly and subtly attuning them to its magic until finally sucking them inside of the trap contained within its precious gem. None yet have escaped it but with the help of the people there (the descendants of hero's past, people that have known no other life) will the PCs finally break the cycle?
This supplemental adventure is ideal for characters between 3rd and 7th level or as a one shot at 7th level and was deviously designed by Andrew Engelbrite, illustrated by Ellis Goodson and featuring cartography by Dyson Logos.
