A Year In Review

A Year In Review

Looking Back, Heading Forward

This is it... the final blog post of 2021. Has it really been a year already?!? We have had some outstanding success this year at EN Publishing and some sad news, plus there is plenty to look forward to next year. Let's take a quick recap and look forward to what's on the horizon!

One major piece of news from the year, and certainly our saddest, was that the 2000 AD RPG license had come to an end. While we won't be producing any new content, we are able to offer a number of the books published for the RPG line at a substantial discount. Last year was a great year for the line, with titles such as Rogue Trooper, Strontium Dog, and the Apocalypse War supplement released. Check out our webstore for some amazing discounts on some of those titles!

On the flip side of sad news, we had some outstanding success with the Level Up crowdfunding campaign. This was our largest project to date and the level of support and quality really shone through during the campaign. The paper review copies are now in the boss's hands, so look for their release on the webstore in the New Year!

We were also really proud to launch our all new Awfully Cheerful Engine line - a lightweight system with tongue-in-cheek sourcebooks that pay homage to some of the greatest movies and settings of all time (in our humble opinion at least!). Launched in a comic-sized format, you can hop right into such classics as Spirits of Manhattan, Montana Drones and the Raiders of the Cutty Sark, and Strange Science. Plus there are more titles being delivered next year in the form of Orcs & Oubliettes, Bite Me!, and Domes of Thunder! Check out our webstore for the currently available selection!

Our popular EONs Patreon page also continues to produce four regular articles a month. Created to support the WOIN system, EONs not only offers regular new material but also provides access to the full back catalogue of previous articles, and all for less than the price of a cup of coffee! The latter part of the year has seen an ongoing Xenomorph saga to supplement the setting introduced in Xenomorphs: The Fall of Somerset Landing. Be sure to check it out!

As you can see, it's definitely been a busy year for everyone here at EN Publishing. We hope you've had a great festive season and would like to wish you all a happy New Year! See you in 2022!
